The XXXIX "Workshop on the Geography of Tourism" was held in Łódź on 22-23.09.2023. In the opening session, referring to the celebrations of the 600th anniversary of the granting of city rights to Łódź, members of the project team presented preliminary research results. The sessions and discussions proved to be very inspiring. Students taking an active part in a scientific conference for the first time had the opportunity to test themselves in a new role. The conference participants became interested in both the project's issues and the activities of the Science Hub at the University of Łódź.
